Chris Jansen will facilitate this discussion. She accepted an invitation at age 20 to learn meditation from one of her college professors, Houston Smith. Meditation became a lifelong practice.
As usual, we wise women in training will learn from each other as we discuss our own approaches and techniques to finding serenity.
Likewise, each those of us who use some form of meditation and are willing to describe how we do so, can do so.
Lastly, we’ll discuss the impact of aging on our serenity, and our thought at our current stage of life.
